Your Untapped Potential
From the moment we are born, we all live in different relationships in which one thing or another can easily go wrong. The original potential for development remains hidden and untapped. Energies come to a standstill.
As a person-centered psychotherapist I would like to listen actively instead of directing, to appreciate instead of judge, to understand instead of diagnose.
In a climate of trust, a process can be put in place that gives the client the space he or she needs to let inner energies flow again and to reveal hidden abilities – to take control of his or her life.
The core of this process is the relationship between the therapist and the client.
In this I do not hide behind an expert’s mask, but participate as a real person, as it is always the relationship that heals.

"
I like that analogy, which is derived from Chinese
where the same sign
has two different meanings:
Crisis and opportunity."
(Carl Rogers)
